Beyond." Social Impact Docuseries&nbsp; I helped lead a production team in capturing interviews from a wide range of organizations that benefited from Premera Blue Cross’ social impact program. We named the series, “Well Beyond” as a nod to the program’s aim of helping historically underserved communities overcome barriers to care, as well as a nod to the vast geographical reach of the campaign. Production spanned nearly a year and at one point took us all the way to the far reaches of Western Alaska in the Yukon-Kuskoquim Delta. If built, it would devastate one of the world’s most balanced watersheds home to historic salmon runs. We joined together with the Stop Pebble Mine coalition to create a variety of content with the intent to pressure leaders in D.C. to take action. Our efforts paid off and in 2023 the Biden Administration along with the EPA officially announced that they would use the 404(c) Clean Water Act as precedent to veto the mine.
